videotaping) without Dr. Nagler’s prior, written consent is expressly

Coach airfare for two.
Dr. Nagler usually travels with his wife as his caregiver. While we recognize the need to
minimize costs, this is a necessary role to maximize
Dr. Nagler’s ability to deliver his exceptional programs.
When arranging ground transportation, Dr. Nagler prefers to drive a rented car.

For events near his home in Ontario, Canada, Dr. Nagler will
often drive his own vehicle
and bill at .45 cents per km.
Lodging
One double-occupancy room,
non-smoking with a queen size bed.
Rooms should be guaranteed for late arrival, preferably in the meeting hotel or resort.
